The Khamsin was the follow up to the Ghibli and shares the same 4.9 liter dry sump V8 engine. The Khamsin is a bit more
sophisticated than the Ghibli with rear independent suspension and the use of the Citroen high pressure hydraulic system to
control the brakes, steering, headlight lift, and even seat adjustment! This is one
of only 421 Khamsin made.

This amazing and rare beauty has been restored in its original silver over black hides, and the body, paint, and mechanicals are all in excellent condition. The car is mechanically great, the engine runs beautifully and the transmission shifts smoothly. The interior is almost entirely new or refurbished, and shows nicer than the day it left the factory. Take a look at the pictures and imagine how much leather is actually involved, and you will get a feel for exactly how much work was put into the restoration of this amazing Italian beauty! It is a bit difficult to show black leather in Florida sunlight, and if you look at the pictures, it may look at bit worn, but this is a trick of bright sunlight on the leather - the leather itself is absolutely brand new, and while there may be a few wrinkles from sitting on it, the leather itself is impeccable! Look at the undercarriage, flawless and solid, the floors, suspension, everything is in excellent condition without a hint of rot! Even the hydraulic actuators for the seat height work properly, truly amazing!! The last Khamsin we sold went for over $60,000 and this is a much nicer car throughout!
